SIMPLE brand #8: Dee Ann Turner – Bet On Talent

In this week’s episode of the SIMPLE brand With Matt Lyles podcast I talk with Dee Ann Turner about her latest book, Bet On Talent!

Dee Ann’s the two-time best-selling author of It’s My Pleasure: The Impact of Extraordinary Talent and a Compelling Culture and Bet on Talent: How to Create a Remarkable Culture That Wins the Hearts of Customers.

Beyond that, she was the former head of Talent and Sustainability with Chick-fil-A during her 33-year career there. She was one of the key leaders in developing and fostering Chick-fil-A’s remarkable organizational culture. In 2020, culture is no longer a “nice to have” for maintaining a strong brand. In this episode, Matt and Dee Ann discuss lessons from her book, Bet On Talent, and how Chick-fil-A created a remarkable company culture.
